All confirmed orders placed by 11:00 AM Pacific Time, Monday through Saturday, are shipped the same day via UPS or USPS. Orders placed after this time, on Sundays, or on holidays will ship the next business day.

USPS Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box or UPS Express Box®

Flat Rate: $15.65

Same-Day Cutoff: 11:00 AM Pacific Time

Orders totaling over $250.00 will require a signature upon delivery.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Missing Items

If anything is missing from your package, notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work quickly to correct the issue.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an address error or incomplete information provided at checkout, the cost of reshipment will be the customer’s responsibility.
